Row 3: 2 sc in first st, sc in each st across, Ch 2 turn
Repeat rows 2 and 3 till desired length is reached. I did row 2 65 times ending with row 3 at the top of the strip.

Edging: Join color B in any corner with a sl st, ch 3, 2 dc, ch 1, 3 dc, ch 1 (corner made), (sk 2 sts, 3 dc in next st, ch1,) repeat across to corner. Work corner, 3dc in the dc st down the side skipping the sc rows, work 3rd corner repeat to end, join with sl st in 3rd ch of begining ch.

Joining the panels.
Place panels with wrong sides together. sc in each dc and sp through both loops of both panels all the way to the end.
You can do another row around the whole afghan of the edging to finish it off.
